We're seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services (CAS) Advisor to lead client engagements, deliver high-quality accounting services, and help small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their financial foundation. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients run their businesses more effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Management & Accounting
- Lead and oversee all accounting services for your assigned clients, leveraging cloud-based systems and guiding the accounting support team
- Serve as the CAS primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive communication around each client's monthly accounting scope
- Review and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Maintain thorough documentation and support using the firm's standardized processes and best practices
- Continuously refine accounting workflows and internal controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
- Build trusted client relationships grounded in reliability, responsiveness, and proactive professionalism
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor your accounting "Pod," helping the team prioritize work, manage client communication, and deliver timely, high-quality results together
- Partner closely with the Tax team to ensure bookkeeping and financial data align seamlessly with tax strategies and client goals
- Support onboarding for new clients, implementing systems and processes tailored to their business needs
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship to support each team member's professional growth
- Approach challenges with curiosity and ownership, always looking for solutions, not just identifying problems
